There's a huge amount of potential there, with it nearly all being a blank canvas for the buyer to specify. In particular, the top floor main bedroom has wonderful views of the duomo If the terrace catches the sun for any significant amount of time, I'm betting you wouldn't need the sauna in the hotel downstairs! You could probably bake off of the terracotta tiles 😃 Speaking of the hotel and amenities, I think the only downside to this place would be - would you ever leave the premises?

@@Lionard I agree. I must say with so many videos I see the potential in Italian structures is fantastic. If I was 21 again, it would look so much more attractive because I did fix ups etc and lived for the experience. But these days when the body parts dont move so easily, I can take these things on.
