How to change out of eco mode?

Could you please clarify FullLink possibilities for SEAT LEON 2021, including REFERENCE 1.0 90 HP model. On my LEON's infotainment screen, there is an option to activate FullLink, but it was not possible with genuine SEAT code received directly from SEAT. It was confirmed in authorized SEAT service. Please enable this option even in basic REFERENCE/SE equipment level - this is very important, touch screen without FullLink is not used sufficiently (no navigation etc. and android apps) I hope you could manage these issues by updating software in SEON LEON models produced in 2021. Thanks.
