I absolutely love this update as well too. The problem is though, my entire account was reset and my whole history is gone because of the update. I just hope I can get it back. It’s an awesome update though.

Bruh, I regret updating the apps just now. Pros: UIs look cleaner, characters' close-ups, can redeem points and some new things that didn't really matter much. Cons: 1. All my "mark as read" are gone, which make the user lost track of which one we have & haven't read. Even if we try to mark an issue, it is hard to differentiate because there is no "tick" icon. Can't even turn it on like before. 2. The scrolling is non-user friendly atm. For example, if we want to look for series that start with letter "M", we are force to scroll down all the way down from the top. We can't even do the fast-scrolling or skip letters. They are stacked. Can we get back the scroll feature like before? 3. Messing up the chronological order of the particular characters' appearances. Like how you pick a character because you want to learn/read their stories chronologically but all you can find are their comics in shambles order. Can't even sort it out by its published time or from A-Z order. Thought it was an improvement, but nah. While this update do add some new things, unfortunately at the same time the old features (which is more user friendly) are wether gone or in shambles. Yeah, All New All Different for real but with a step back.

If you have an Android device, then delete the app, and google older versions. Download an older version and all your stuff will be there as it was with the old format. I can't stand this new update.

I really enjoy this app but this update has made the My Library portion of the app a lot less user friendly. Not being able to see all the comics that have been added to the library in a grid formation but now in a scrolling ‘stacked’ order by series just seems like a step back. Love that you have unlimited downloads but the library is a mess now.

This update sucks. I’ve spent the last 12 hours re-adding every single comic I had in my library on this app. None of it transfers over. Everything I saved, all my comics I was in the middle of, gone. Be ready to start from scratch people. 🤬

The app has broken ‘read’ status and the ability to sort your library by publication date making reading comic storylines across different comics unrealistic.This is a step backwards for me.

I don’t wanna sound like a repeat of a lot of the other comments but personally I love the look of the new update. My only issue is the older version had an option to pick a publication year and would have every comic released in that year In month order of their release from January to December, but now if you select the option to sort by oldest to newest it just gives you the oldest series to newest with each series in its own category instead of by month in a year. For example if you start reasoning marvel mystery comics and are introduced to toro the torch kid you’d miss out on his origin in the human Torch issue #1 cause you’re expected to read the stories by series beginning to end instead of how they were published monthly. All In all I had a system going and it was ruined by the update. Sorry you had to read all this

DO NOT recommend this update at all, it makes looking for a specific comic more difficult, flipping through pages as you read is weird, and is not as fluid as before, I know this new marvel unlimited "refresh" may sound exciting, but is definitely not worth it, I went back to the old version, after using the updated version it feels like the old version is the actual update, hopefully they can make this new version more user friendly, until then, there's nothing wrong with the older version, as they say, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

What the heck? Seriously, marvel? I’ve been binging the various x men series is and when I logged in today, it removed like half the stuff from my library. Not only that, but it re structured the library in a way that doesn’t accommodate series hopping. An update is great, sure, but why do you have to change the library? The way it’ was structured is the best. I don’t understand who thought this was a good idea. The point of the app is to read and the previous version had that. Now the point of the app seems to be dealing with stuff getting deleted from your library.
