Lamb kebabs not so common here…had some of the best lamb in Istanbul if you like that gamey lamb flavour ….think they use some sumac or Zaatar seasoning

One thing I dont like about kebab stalls in singapore (coffeeshop/hawker center) is that most of them dont sell mutton/lamb kebab or shawarma, only boring chicken and beef. When I asked the owners, they said mutton/lamb didnt really sell well. I mean don't you guys eat mutton biryani or sup tulang kambing or chongqing mutton skewers? Like wtfff #Justiceforlambkebab #makelambkebabgreatagain
