Hi Jimmy- my gf and I are new residents to the Denver area (I'm afraid we're more of those Texans flooding in 😂). Currently living in Centennial (like it), but would prefer to live on the west side come summer. Boulder is our dream but probably out of our price range lol. Have a budget of low $2000s to rent a small 2 bd house with yard. Any suggestions on what areas I might consider? Thank you!

Thank you so much for watching! If you are thinking the west side of Denver, I would look in Lakewood, Arvada and Broomfield, then maybe spread into neighboring suburbs from there. Broomfield gives really quick access to Boulder, so that might be the place to start!
