I just found out my mother ancestors are from a small town in north wales. I never knew my history! How amazing and beautiful. My mothers name is Marple. I believe we came from Emma Marple from Penn. then we can trace back all the way to the first “king of wales” I love history wow!

I’m originally from the other side of Phily and Ivory North Wales for close to 11 years now. I live at Addison English village apartments. We are located right behind the Iron Hill brewery, Trader Joe’s, etc. when I moved here it was a nice place and affordable. Close to five or six years ago this property was sold. Before it was sold they were security guards, there were people who emptied the dog shit receptacles I’ve had my storage unit broken into and robbed! My washer and dryer stopped working over a year and a half ago and I’ve asked every week when can I get one and they don’t do a damn thing. North Wales, is a beautiful place and has many beautiful housing developments and businesses but then you have this place here and for some reason on the other end of the town where North Wales family pharmacy used to be they were homeless people everywhere! You’re leaving out where not to live if she wanted to move North Wales………

I’m a licensed Realtor. Telling people where “not to live” is illegal practice. The people that you’re referring to around the N. Wales train station/everything bagel, NW Pharmacy aren’t homeless lol.

My father has his real estate license so does my ex girlfriend, so does one of my most unreliable friends has his real estate license and became a junkie. Are you the real estate agent that handles all those rundown Buildings between the train station and a drugstore? I’m actually looking for industrial property right now but I’m going to use one of the 30 real estate agents that I already know. No that was a lie. I’m just gonna drive up to one of the many industrial parks around this area and somebody will give me the number of the owner for free! I would only use a salesman/real estate agent if I wanted to buy another property outside of the state.

It is really over developed . I moved back to the area. I was shocked how much building has been done and all the farms are gone.

Statistically speaking North Wales is not actually North Wales. Just use of their post office. The actual town of North Wales is tiny

Yeah, a few neighborhoods that are considered to be "North Wales" somehow has the post office of Doyle's town or so I've heard, it's odd
