still waiting for palm wine part 2! I’m almost sold except the toilet situation. why can’t they just flush with water. not sure if what you were adding to the feces is food source or microbes to breakdown the waste-but still kinda gross 🤮. I am not against efforts to the plant greener, I just can’t do part. I mean they have solar! I am sure the processing steps involved in solar panel manufacturing is more eco unfriendly than using pumping water to flush the toilet. kudus for staying 3 days!

lol. I Will try to work on the palm wine part 2. lol. I love your comment. So they eventually uses the feces for fertilizer. I honestly don’t know the process but I am told that’s what is done. This lodge has its own vibe tho. There are other lodges on the same waterfront with flushing toilets. Those may be more up your alley. But it’s a very nice place. And you won’t even notice the toilet. Just don’t look inside. 😅😅😅
