Fun! We're from NTX, also, and I typically play at Winstar or Choctaw. We're going to Vegas in a couple of weeks for the first time in a long time and staying at the Cosmopolitan. That wasn't even there the last time we went on an adults only trip (drove - yes DROVE - blech.. - last summer to take the kids to the Manchester United/Dortmund game at Allegiant Stadium)

I was in Vegas in June and there were a few days in the 105 to 110 area. You're right about it being so hot that even going to the pool isn't fun. I largely just gambled during the day and walked the strip at night.

I'm in Arizona visiting my mom for 3 weeks and it's been 110 everyday. I will sit in the sun usually around 6am. It was 95 this morning I sat out there for about 45 minutes. I'm going to my brother's in a little bit to sit by his pool and get more sun. It's hot but I stay out no longer than 45 minutes at a time.
