bad side.....its a work , no place for living, a large shortage of houses for workers who comming in this country, if you wonna get apartments from property agencies need show yours incomes 3 times bigger you rent payment,( like example if yours rent 1200 euro you need earn 3600 after taxes)

That's not exclusive to the Netherlands. In Northeastern U.S. cities they also want prospective tenants to have 3X the rent in income. But in the U.S., many landlords raise the rent within a year or so to half the tenants' income -- because "capitalism" is valued more than humanity. The "narration" for this video is pretty crummy, by the way.
