The old type of Haflinger. A good working horse. Almost impossible to find in its countries of origin - Austria and southern Tyrol. Here, the breeding of the Haflinger was converted to a pony-type riding horse. The Haflinger has one problem, only one, and that is: He is a mountain horse and therefore adapted to a cooler climate. In warm regions, this breed tends to sweat a lot. Best regards from Austria

Yes !! I agree with you 100%. As you can see in this video they were sure sweating here yesterday in this high Kentucky humidity. Since I do not expect that all of these superb horses come from Kentucky, I can only imagine that you a) must be scouring the country for good horses and b) you have great connections all over the nation who inform you where and when good horses of that quality are available. There is a lot of effort behind your offerings!

Steve, we have horse flies and black biting files here in vt. Both draw blood and leave a nickel size welt. I use a water base fly spray and add Avon skin so soft. Mix one third to two thirds fly spray. No harmfull chemicals and works for about three hours. Hope this helps. Steve D. In castleton, vt.
