If I may make an example, after Nuno opens the garage door he goes through an open door and speaks about things on the sides while crossing the bridge but the camera never turned we only take his word for it

Ok, I'm going to try to help you out. If you're attempting to market to" people with means", know this: You're not providing the type of information on the properties- that get the phone ringing. Buyers need information, like, bedroom count, bathrooms, square footage, or Square Meters. You NEVER give that info. In this video we had to wait until the 2:45 mark. I understand, you think you're raising anticipation, but you're just turning off buyers. And here is something I'm sure you'll understand, the people who waist their time, AND yours, calling you, to get this info, DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS TO MAKE A PURCHASE. Tire kickers can't press play, and those who can, don't kick tires. There IS however a property group that I won't mention, but they do it RIGHT! Within the 1st few seconds "SPECS ON THE HOME". Get to that.

I don't understand why most developers in South Africa are building homes in the same way. The layout and flow of houses in South Africa are mostly identical. As I've mentioned many times, the layout, location, and usability of a home are the key factors that lead to a quick sale. Some of the so-called "finishes" are simply unnecessary. These developers should learn from American homes such as Texas, where houses tend to sell in record time due to their well-designed layouts and practical features that appeal to homebuyers.

They lashed on me when I mentioned this about Steyn city in one of the videos. There's lack of creativity among SA Architects. When I made reference to Texas and North Carolina houses, they said I'm backward 😂and said American houses are ugly. I was left flabbergasted 😅, fortunately I've recovered.
