try são pedro de moel... a dormant beautiful town that during the May heat waves comes to life every year, like a swiss clock! the town is awesome, "pinhal" (pine forest) everywhere you go. developers and realtors kill for these lands here! so far they managed to refrain from overdeveloping and more or less maintained it "simple"... which is great, btw.
