Yassa is the new future of Douala any wise person should rush and get a land there. There are still lands at kendeck village, the last petrol station before you go out from Douala all Lands there are being sold as from 1000meter square for a portion of land.

Nice neighborhood.... but they dey still joke when it comes to beautiful houses and set up. There is a neighborhood directly opposite Douala mall, it has 2 entrances. The set up there nah something else, the houses there dey like doctors prescription so detailed and so beautiful Try visit it and is tarred

A year ago a metre square was sold at 40000fcfa especially around the stadium. In my area Japoma Beach a metre square is sold at 25000 and 30000fcfa

Look at Yassa! 10 years ago my sis and her husband bought their land at 6000fcfa beside Japoma stadium and today it is being sold at 45000 to 50000fcfa in that same carrefour Matango. What a life!

If you complain about these roads being narrow, go to Europe and tell me how their emergency vehicles find their way in out neighborhoods!! We, Africans have to learn to see the good in what our people do; not always pointing out the negative! It is discouraging.
