Alhamdullilah, I am a swedish female convert to Islam and listen to the Quran make you get peace in the soul. I had a lot of nightmares before I was muslim, but after I converted almost all of my nightmares dissapeared. Salam from Sweden. And to all that believe the lies media tells you about Islam. I have beautiful daughter and she had some problem with her sleeping I will have to walk and sing etc.. But my husband that Arabic Muslim told me to try to play the quran..and it work she fall a sleep not even 10 minutes after and I let it play until my phone die. before ramadan i used to fall asleep with music and i used to not pray, but now before going to sleep i listen from the beginning of the quran and when i feel like im started to get sleepy i would turn off the quran and go to sleep subhanallah i wake up feeling happy.. alhamdulillah im closer to allah now, i pray fajr, read the athkar before bed, and i would listen to Quran from surat al baqarah for about 2 hours its really calming.

I've always had trouble sleeping I would go to sleep around 4 to 5 am every night and then one night I tried going bed early so I could fall asleep early but still didn't work I ended up going to sleep at 8am then the next night I played this an it was the best mist relaxing sleep I've had in a while
