That guy is the founder of YG ENTERTAINMEMT. He named the company after himself; YG(Yang-Goon)..he is the main producer. He was an idol back in the 90's..He founded his company after his group disbanded. He was a dancer and rapper himself. He really got the talent in seeing potentials from traninees.. all the group they debuted he evaluate and pick them himself with the help of all mentors from singing,dancing,rapping.. their company also consider personality and attitude in picking their artist. They have a saying " YOU ARE A HUMAN FIRST BEFORE AN ARTIST.RESPECT AND BOW 90% TO ALL SENIORS AND EMPLOYEES NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL"..

If you have heard Dream of Sheesh, you would definitely know that Ahyeon's tone is on the high side. Lee Suhyun complimented Ahyeon as a team player as Ahyeon sang with a much lower tone in order to make the song more interesting by having a contrast with Pharita's tone. It was a risk as this is an evaluation and she might be eliminated if she didn't perform well.

Literally just call him YG. Yang Hyun-suk Is his name but just say YG. He isn’t actually even the boss while this was filmed he had stepped down as CEO. But most people just call him YG.
