Do you know if duplexes are common in that area? Im looking at house hacking (living in one unit and renting out the other).

Hey Jess, so sorry for the late reply. For some reason I missed the alert that you asked a question. Duplexes are not common however there are some available around the area. I’m actually looking for a duplex with someone as we speak. We visited one yesterday, but the neighborhood was not great. We can definitely jump on a phone call and I can share with you what I know.
