Samskar. Beautiful word in hindi. Means creating habits. Once a hanit is established, to do it in action bypasses the whole mind reference "is this safe" (wharever) mechanism. Now we do it automatically and must reach out to our source in prayer in order to create a new and more inteligent and loving habit that truely serves our health. Then it becomes a new ckean good habit to deny the old unhealthy habit from expressing itself in existence.

How can we know what Karma of the previous life/lives has caused something to happen in this life? Is it only through meditation or astrology?

Whatever we are expiencing is karma. We can create new carma as this video is achieving to help us understand. Everyone we are around is karmicly attached to us in some way. When we create new choices that are more pure for us, we create new karmas that are more serving for this new choice. The universe is already there for us to align with our choices. Instantly when we make the choice, the universe aligns with us to fulfill that choice in the way that most ignites reality itself in our lives to be our most intimate friend, partner and choice.

The problem with language is that unless the language is conducive to communicate exactly what you mean then there will be a lack of correct communication of thought. Peace must be fought for. It is a constant vigilance that must be maintained in the thought process. The opposite of peace is "un"-peace. If you have an opposite then you also have power to move toward the peace. This movement toward the peace is what is mean by fighting. Peace is not apathy or indolence. By saying "fight" you think that fight is energizing the opposite of peace but it is not. but fighting is not the opposite of peace rather it is a tool for maintain and expanding if used correctly.

The time has come when we lovingly and intelligently choose to interact exchange with those who want peaace. Om shanti. When that is the case, we are both on either side choosing to be creative and intlligent in our creation of peace inour interactions. Thus is the fulfilment of the splendor of true friendship in which we really grow in reality with our love, with our fullness.
