Is Vero Beach getting over crowed nowadays? I spend a lot of time on John’s island when I was a kid in the 90’s. Went to bonita Springs back in the fall to visit a long time friend and I couldn’t believe how busy it was. Was thinking of relocating to Florida to be closer to an ocean for my son. But seeing want Bonita was I was very hesitant to even think about it.

I understand your concern about crowding, especially after seeing how busy Bonita Springs has become. Vero Beach has certainly grown over the years, but it still maintains its charm and laid-back atmosphere, especially compared to some other areas in Florida. It's a great place for families, with beautiful beaches and a strong sense of community. It might be worth a visit to see how you feel about the pace and vibe of the area now. Ultimately, finding the right balance for your family is key, so it's wise to explore your options carefully. Best of luck with your decision!

I lived in Vero Beach for 5 years, to me it had very little to offer. Extremely small town and not much culture. I favor larger cities like Manhattan and Atlanta.
