Today's video is Discovering & Embracing Your True Self! I was reflecting on this topic and realised how far along I have come in discovering my true & highest self. The biggest challenge was to realise that a lot of my beliefs and habits were a result of conditioning, and they did not really resonate with who I wanted to be and who I felt I was. My 3 steps are:
1. Audit your life, see which areas of your life feel like they are not in alignment with you and who you want to be. Look at the core beliefs around those situations, why haven't you been acting in alignment? Do you still have fear/lack based beliefs that stop you from choosing yourself? Are you people pleasing?
2. Set boundaries (if needed) with the people in your life when you make a change that is important to you. Practice setting boundaries and confirming that truth within yourself.
3. Live authentically and embrace your truth. Live in your truth, allow yourself to be seen as you really are. Let go of the need to be accepted and validated by others, accept and love yourself, do not fear judgement.
