I didn't know that the Youth Conservation Corps was still in existence👍🏻As a High School student back in the early 70's, I was in the Youth Conservation Corps here in central PA. We worked with the State Forestry Fire Warden cutting fire breaks and dirt road water diversion ditches. It was very hard work, but also very rewarding. During 1972, Hurricane Agnes hit PA. Our group was diverted to help those affected by the Agnes aftermath. That was some backbreaking work for sure! A little history from Wikipedia : Hurricane Agnes was the costliest hurricane to hit the United States at the time, causing an estimated $2.1 billion in damage. The hurricane's death toll was 128. The effects of Agnes were widespread, from the Caribbean to Canada, with much of the east coast of the United States affected. Damage was heaviest in Pennsylvania, where Agnes was the state's wettest tropical cyclone. Due to the significant effects, the name Agnes was retired in the spring of 1973. Agnes was the second tropical cyclone and first named storm of the 1972 Atlantic hurricane season. It developed as a tropical depression on June 14 (re. my birthday) from the interaction of a polar front and an upper trough over the Yucatán Peninsula. I spent 9yrs in the U.P. 89'-98', and became a hard-core bird hunter. I did not own any birddogs during that time .... wish I had! Despite that, I had wonderful solo hunting with lots of flushes! I miss the U.P. Here in PA, I had gotten a couple of German Shorthaired pointers. I hunted mostly pheasants, but did very well on woodcocks. My grouse hunting was nothing like it was in the 60's-70's, even though I now had dogs. Love this episode .... brings back many fond memories✌🏻

I really want to try a common snapper. But in my mind I love them so much. They are the one thing for me that does bother me. I love turtles. I really need to just do it. They are plentiful enough to do it so why not! I dont want that to sound like some wimping non hunting person because that is personal but if biology saids its good and rules are based off that I dont care. If they are good to get then get them! :D And really I want to try one myself. I am not anti hunting fishing or trapping anything that is biologically stable to do so! And support to do it! Great show and thank you for creating and editing it all. Very fun for me to watch and I know it takes alot for you to create it.
