I live for metal detecting! Get some old coins out and run the machine over them to see what numbers you need to dig out. Same with some of your gold and silver.

Since I'm from Florida I like to watch this one guy go hunting along the beach and water. He sure does pick up tin cans, pull tabs off cans and other junk. But he comes up with coins and better things. So don't give up!

By watching others metal detects the the lows are usually gold or a coin.

Seems that the trouble with the metal detector is lots of getting down and up off the ground Maybe a regular shovel with a long handle might fix that But you still have to get down and dig My knees couldn’t take much of that So I think based on your review I won’t be getting one of those Sarah I think you are spot on about garbage tip or field There is so much rubbish you would be shoveling for ever

Lead is recyclable and should be removed from the environment when possible as it leaches into the soil and water table.
