Great video. Heading to Flamingo beach area next winter...did you happen to notice if there were "gluten free" options on many menus? My wife is celiac and can't tolerate the gluten, thx.

Thanks for the comment, we appreciate it. As for seeing gluten free options on menus, that wasn’t something we were aware of so unfortunately we can’t speak to that. Flamingo beach and surrounding areas are beautiful, we’re sure you’ll love it there!

An astute observer! 😊 Well, at first the grain of the cut looked to me to indicate that it may have been a skirt steak, but as you’ve pointed out, skirt steaks tend to be on the tougher side. The flavour indicated to me that perhaps it had been marinated which in the heat of the moment, led me to believe that in fact it may have been a skirt steak. But the tenderness I reported did leave me somewhat perplexed, as even with a marinade the cut seemed too tender. 🤔 Perhaps it was the pressure to come to a conclusion in front of the camera that led me to come to a hasty decision, but upon further reflection I’m becoming convinced that the steak I consumed for that fateful morning’s breakfast was most likely a tenderloin cut. As someone who considers themself a bit of a steak aficionado I have to admit that my faux pas is a bit embarrassing. Oh the shame! 🥲

Yup. Security stopped us. Probably because I was using our full camera setup including gimbal and shotgun microphone. It’s a little bit conspicuous 😉
