Wonderful to know about Thane heritage, palaces we all visit many a times but unaware of its history. Thank you for heritage walk and video about it. One more thing to add to glory of this city, this city was capital of Shilahar dynasty, named as "Shristhanaka" which changed to "Thane" maybe because of mispronunciation.

Grateful that you shared such a wonderful insight of Thane city. There can be a possibility that the name might have been mis- pronounced. The silk was known as Tanna Silk and was world famous. So Tanna became Thane!

Wonderful event . But you missed many places like K Villa , Uthaksar , Kharkar Ali , Old Vegitable Market , Chendani Kolivada . Bramhan Society . In those areas there are traditional structures of those communities , nice villas . Next time please include them. But it's nice event .
