According the Mark Pulling (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXmVaJ-vrdeMetksi=IaLoxGJ37hGYIe_P), it can be restricted for A2 riders. There's one in my local used bike dealer, I sat on it today, I'm very tempted, got to take it for a ride.

@@lukazivaljic4462 No, the one I rode was not restricted - did my 'A' license training and test on it - found it intimidating! But I'm more experienced now, tempted to get one. I think restriction will tame it, but if you're coming from 125cc it's still going to have lots more power than you're used to, and when you can finally de-restrict it, it'll have a whole new lease of life for you, almost double the HP - without having to buy a new bike.
