Also, “Eli, Eli” could only be confused for calling out Eliyahu in Hebrew (Eli is short for Eliyahu aka Elijah AND also means “my God!” Whereas, if it is Aramaic, it only means “my God” and would never confused for calling out for Eli or Eliyahu. Finally, the Hebrew Matthew includes “in the Holy Language,” which could only be Hebrew.
