It would have been better that you would have shown some people from Sikh Minority community who are still living in & around para chinar, my father/grand father came from para chinar around late 1946. My father would often talk about Bannu, Hangu, Kohat & Landi Kotal, very very beautiful place would wish to visit someday if allowed.
The information presented in the video lacks depth and relevance to its title. It would have been more valuable to gather insights from elderly citizens who were born during Pakistan's formation. Conducting interviews with them could have provided a richer understanding. While I appreciate the perspectives shared by the interviewees, they could have offered more comprehensive details. It's important to recognize the historical significance of Parachinar's bazaar, Kasai Mohalla, and New Abadi. The implementation of a grid plan in Parachinar was overseen by Lieutenant-Colonel Edward William Charles Noel. The town planning in the early 19th century, characterized by 40 feet wide streets, highlighted the emphasis placed on thoughtful urban development. Officer Noel served as the Political Agent for Kurram Agency in FATA in 1924. Additionally, he was responsible for the construction of a rest house in the Chapri Forest, situated at an impressive altitude of 9941 feet in Parachinar.
