I visit Lahore a few times a year to visit family. The exciting part for me is to try different hotel during stay. I stayed at Best Western Premier about 2 years ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There is nothing special about this place. Typical hotel with basic amenities. In this video everything looks so clean and spotless, but it's nothing like that in real person. Whatever you book/request for online, you will not get it when you check-in.
