Swat valley is very beautiful place, it was also birth place of The great legendary Buddhist master Guru Padmasambhava or also called second Buddha. He was born in nearly 8th century from lotus flower after upbringing by Oddiyana king Indrabhuti. So i am really happy to watched swat valley beautiful view. One day i really want to visit there. The lotus flower is a PR from his followers to captivate people's attention. But yes he was born in Swat Valley in Udyana village full of magicians and tantric practitioners. Hence why he was able to do these magic tricks like throw rosaries turn into waterfalls, fly and make imprints on stones which people claimed to be supernatural powers through rumors but was simply illusions which he obtained from his craft. He was a cult hero in Tibet but King Trisong Detsen backed him to be the 2nd buddha "Guru Rinpoche" to make Buddhist the official religion of Tibet which was his father Songtsen Gampo's wish.
