Pajero V46 Repair and Restoration Story in 48 Hours (Is it too much?)

I got this Pajero V46 JDM back in November 2024 because I've always wanted to own one since I was a kid.
While most people would modify this beautiful machine, I decide to restore it to its original condition.
I am documenting the story here on KZbin. I hope this would inspire other Pajero owners as well!

The old fella just needs some maintenance and that's great you're doing them. I got a similar interior cabin rattling I plan to tackle someday. I suspect old clips that have broken for panels and screws loose over time. Breakfast looked good too!!

@RichardKerYT oh ok because I was thinking to get a complete vehicle instead of doing a complete replacement of parts, so I was trying to compare the market prices so that I can set a budget online, because I am not familiar with new prices that's why I asked about yours. Also the Chinese market ones, the Leopard Q6 are they sold to other countries because I need a left hand drive not right hand like in Japan or Malaysia. But I am prepared to convert it if possible. I really love the pajero gen 2, we have owned the gen 4 model but i love the gen 2 more. Also can you please let me know what what website you get all these interior trims and lights and all from so that I can try to get this online.

@@nanabrimpong3485 Ahhh... ok, what's the import requirement in your country? It's possible to get the LHD version from The Philippines I think.. I'm not aware if the Q6 is sold outside of China, probably not... Yes, the Gen 2 is probably the best of all. The interior trims to get them brand new would be too costly or no more in production, so try eBay and Aliexpress.

Use genuine motor and transmission mounts. Aftermarkets are rubbish.

@@PedzWorks yes 100% true. I’ve replaced the engine mounts made in Japan (next video) but the transmission mount is not but hopefully it will last.
