Absolutely discovery rocks and save our hard earned money I've been with VT-T 6-24 the discontinued series that HD replaces yes on 25 is a bit foggy but still good visibility 300 yards you can see your hits on a paper or gong clearly especially with sunshade I found I can screw in awesome thinking of getting ED series as a upgrade for my first 308 till now being using it on powerful PCP airgun. of Crouse those Vortex and other high end are just a nice pleasant time behind the scope and some other just doesn't worth the price but discovery for 300-400 bucks its a good value.
