cool! is there any risk of damaging something by locking the flywheel instead of using a counter lever attached to the pulley itself as shown in the rave manual?

I’m interested to know what symptoms did you get from the engine for you to know that this was the problem?

Did you loctite the bolt or just torque?

I am only halfway through watching, but how did you lock the engine to be able to undo the bolt?

Around the 8:20 mark in the video, you'll see that I went under the vehicle and removed the flywheel locking pin... Didn't film it going in. Got mine from Laser tools.

@@SHEARMANDESIGN so the pin will hold it? Would you use a top pin as well.. you dont know how chuffed i am i found this video💯

@@mattpepper1143 I just used the locking pin on the flywheel. No need to lock the top end as you're only working on the crankshaft. 🙂
