Thank you for posting this. My father helped build this attraction in 89-90 and I was a kid running around during the install. I haven't heard these songs in decades. I still have a picture with DG-2 AKA "Digit".

That’s awesome. I’d love to see your picture if you can share it somehow. This show was definitely one of the most unique ones done by Landmark because they had all the video integration behind the animatronics all running together. It must have been great for you to see everyone set it up at Puroland for the first time. I wonder if the animatronics are in storage.

@@PasqAnimatronics I often wonder the same thing. I had a full scale mock-up of the DG-2 animatronic in my garage in California for a while shortly after the install, but we had to return it to the company. I miss him.

This looks like something from Tomorrowland During The Michael Eisner Era. Or Epcot

I believe this park was trying to compete Tokyo Disneyland in their own game so it could be that you’re taking some inspiration from it who knows.

This makes me wonder- do you know of any animatronic-centered restaurants/entertainment centers from Japan that were similar to Showbiz or CEC? Did such a thing even exist?

There were a lot of theme parks that had shows, but I don’t know about an actual arcade type place.

Also I have a question where did you find that concept art from the discovery theater just asking. because I’m trying to find concept art for Sanrio Puroland back in the day and making a history video about the park.

Can you timestamp it?

@@therandomdudeguy1687 I meant can you please timestamp the part of the video where I show the concept art so I can see which picture you were looking for the source of?
