Some great ideas here! Except the kettlebell squatjump balancing on two benches. Dude is going to injure himself lol. Some exercises go a little too far re: danger. But thanks for posting! Also There should be a seizure warning for all those weird barndoor wipe transitions haha.

Except for the behind the neck press and a couple of those ab ones, we still do most of these drills. Cool vid!

A lot of elite athletes still do the behind the neck press. Is there a reason why you don't coach people to perform this exercises apart from the higher risk of injury than a forward shoulder press?
