Wish docs would have discussed outcomes from an UltraClear cold co2 laser. As I understand, it’s fairly new with less down time but same outcomes as traditional co2.

What’s the best way to stop a deep cyst on my back turning into a keloid scar? From my research apart from going to a dermatologist the best way would be to use a benzoyl peroxide cream. I’ve had steroid injections on scars which have helped but want to avoid it happening in the future. Thank you.

To Dr. Qazi: Interesting how you phrased along the way of "none had objectively proven cases". This way you could elegantely avoid adressing some of the patients cases that DO report sagging (but as its only "anecdotal" who tf cares, right?) I actually did face sagging post subcison with one of you and reported it back. No mention of that... I dont care if this side effect is only theoretical or anecdotal at this point of time, its your ethical duty to inform patients that it has been reported...you can still follow up with "not yet backed up scientifically at this point of time". But to just brush away and act dismissingly about this side effect that - should it happen to you - has such MAJOR and detrimental effects on 1. physical appearance 2. mental health ans self esteem 3. financial situation should the person need a corrective face lift to feel somewhat normal/attractive again. The weight of potential "sagging" side effect on a persons life quality alone should make it your ethical duty to at least mention it and inform about the current status of research on it. The downplaying you display to me is a complete lack of empathy as I and many others mental health suffer greatly from it (regular suicidal thoughts). It shows the ego of wanting to achieve big results at the risk/expense of someones face matters more to you than being transparent and ethical about it 👏👏

​@socheatchea8253 one entry per cheek only. This shit should be forbidden. Full field subcision is a quick high risk shit to get through with patients more quickly and be able to book more. Cant believe how carelessly you could even handle SOMEONES FACE like this. Very conversative spot sibcision might be the only one where the benefits outweigh the risks.

I know this panel is made up of acne scar specialists, however, their use of diluted Radiesse in the face to help scars, would make plastic surgeons such as Ben Talei go into a rant. More discussion on this huge discrepancy between these doctors and someone like a plastic surgeon would be helpful. It's like in one sense you may be helping fill a divot but is the hardening of the soft tissue worth it?

Exactly...they push this onto patients as if it's not basically a permanent choice that they're making right there. There's 0 evidence out there that the effect of Radiesse ever goes away and back to baseline....ZERO (only Radiesse the filler substance seems to disappear, but the effect/volume is a PERMANENT change to your face). And they push it on you as if it's a minor thing
