Loss of water can also be explained by the release of atrial natriuretic peptide from rt atria which causes natriuresis, leading to a resulting loss of h20 causing polyurea and as a result stimulated osmoreceptors cause polydypsia.

B/C low K the tubules of kidney becom resestency the action of Adh so if ADH not work no watter reabsorption occur
As when lv failure occurs there will be pulmonary hypertension which lead to edema.the hypertension in pulmonary capillary.will result in RV failure and there will be severe portal hypertension which.gives rise to ascites .the reduction in plasma will lower bp in renal artery and angiotensin 2 will be released which.will act on zone glomerulosa reproduce aldosterone and which will.absorb salt and water. In severe cases extreme aldosterone release will result in 2ndry hyperaldosteronism

My Papa’s Freind had also suffered from Nephrotic syndrome. We were really tensed about him Because no allopathy treatment worked in our case but we came to know about Planet Ayurveda. We ordered their Nephrotic care pack and used it for 2 months.
