Whoever the red haired woman is doesn't know the law, I know it's an RP server but even if it is an "Document that is the contents of a sim card," doesn't mean it is illegal to read, furthermore if it shows proof the person whose documents it is did something Illegal like leak internal cop stuff pertaining to an active investigation that is going to lead to a raid the document would be subpoenaed and used as evidence.

Might want to look up Silverthorn Lumber Co. V. United States. It's where Fruit of the Poisonous Tree doctrine originated. Basically, any information gained illegally (In this case 4th amendments rights violation) is admissible in court. It's vigilantly justice to break the law to enforce it, so both morally and ethically dubious, unless you think the PD should be able to violate somebodies rights to get a W? Sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about and if that information gained led to a raid or subpoena, then any and all results of both the raid and subpoena would have to be thrown out in court. Maybe go RP as a Lawyer and actually figure out what you are talking about before trying to trash on another RP'er for something you don't understand.
