Toontum, you're right about the quest of foot soldiers taking up positions and putting pressure on Mahama to fix them somewhere when elected and thats what might bring about mismanagement even though he has good ideas. Do you remember what happened when Mahama was sworn into office in 2013 when the foot soldiers and party faithfuls started taking up positions and sacking others from the positions they were handling. Same as the NPP foot soldiers when Nana Addo worn. The two political parties will first satisfy or gratify their party's desires first before the nation. Toontum is the gentleman saying that because Mahama is an upright man, he would leave NPP faithfuls who continue to hold positions, if he should win. You and I know that's far from the truth.
