Meron tayo dalawang method of presenting statement of cash flows. 1. Direct method, 2. Indirect method so elaborate ko nalang per method 🙂 Gain on sale 1. Direct method - walang line item na gain on sale kapag direct method. Pero nakapaloob na yung amount of gain on sale sa line item na "proceeds from sale of equipment" under "investing activities" 2. Indirect method - dito nakaspecified sa line item ang "gain on sale" as kabawasan sa net income in determining the cash flows from "operating" activities. We hope we're able to explain clearly via comment. Hope this will help you, constance 🙂

Hello Christopher, Basically, yung loans na investing meaning yung business ang nagpautang. Yung loans na financing, ito yung borrowings kaya under financing, ito ung business ang may utang. Hope it helps.
