Need to implement the solutions at ground level right away. 1) National Policy on Statistics pending 2) Need to strengthen central and state statistical and labor organisations. Insulate them from political interference 3) Need to increase frequencies of labor force surveys, private consumption survey, census instead of being 5 yearly/ 10 yearly. 4) Need to implement NITI Aayog draft Migrant Policy by making a law on it after parliament discussion. 5) Need to map formal workforce doctors, CA, lawyers etc. 6) Increase formalization by increasing manufacturing jobs. PLI scheme and Farm laws implementation may help.

Badi badi bate hoti hai , sirf on ground kuch nahi hota.yhey end up publishing data, in journal. Its waist of taxpayers money. Stop these large number of think tanks.
