Discussion: Trying to justify that new army

All very interesting, I would love to start an ancient project (probably Romans or Britons) but with the glacial pace of my Napoleonic Russians and a huge Soviet project for bolt action (plus a tiny German Army) and a horde of tyranids I want to eventually work though I can't see it anywhere even close. I really need to get into skirmish stuff but for me the massed armies are what first bought me into the hobby with Skaven as a lad and I don't think I have changed all that much in subsiquent decades (probably nothing to boast about...).

@@ZhukovsBoots I certainly know that feeling, having all those big units on the table makes it look more realistic, and I had a similar entry into the hobby with dark elf and empire armies.
