This is a very complex question, because there is a wide range of shampoos and a wide range of soaps. In general it is better to use shampoos for hair (soaps are designed to be “stronger”, usually have higher pH, and are more difficult to rinse out from hair). However you will do yourself no harm by using it occasionally, when needed or when no shampoo is available.

Doctor my hair fall extremly abot 30 to 40 strands while shampooing and overall nearly 100 most of the strands contains black dots.and the next two days after whasing days my hair fall count nearly 25 strands with black dots . and again washing day it becomes nearly 100 strands most black dots.It is normal or not .
