@artmanxp If you mean for the actual cut scenes,nope. It's always been like that in the previous games. You can even watch the japanese DLC cut scenes and they don't have any voice overs either.

All DLC cutscenes are like this and do not have voices, not even in the Japanese DLC cutscenes. The only exception is the Tyrant Valvatorez and the Fuka and Desco show DLC scenarios.

Really, this is one of the serious weak points of Nippon Ichi. As a self-contained entity each game goes fine- but inter-game continuity doesn't.
