As much as I love this version, I find it weird how he's weaker as a Tyrant Overlord than as a Thunderlord As a Tyrant, he's able to blow up a solar system As a Thunderlord, he can cut the universe in half

I don't think skill animations are a measure of their strength. Heck, Darkdeath Evilman was capable of annihilating a galaxy while Laharl was only able to throw around meteors. Yet Laharl was way stronger.

Tyrants are usually misguided in some way. Incomplete as people. So they get to have insane power but its not their real peak

Disgaea's characters are on the same scale of power as Dragon Ball, however the Nanatsu event that took place made them seem weaker for the convenience of the script.
