@@letsdoitnow121 That is not actually true, a lot of UK Employment Law did not exist or was out of date before the UK joined the EU in the 1950's and has been added to since then. If we remove the ECHR, we will default back to allowing child labour again, as we did during the Victorian period. Things like Sick Leave, Maternity Leave etc will all go out the window if Reform get in considering they are hyper-conservative and do not believe employees should have rights in the first place. Most reform supporters are company bosses and landlords.
