he has alot of money , therefore he can spend more. He wanted to keep the winstreak going so he bought voli for the brawler synergy to stay tanky up front. He had a shapeshifter assasin comp in mind so he bought shapeshifters and assasins and sell them later to adapt to his rolls. He bought eve and sold kat because kat 1 is shit. Also he buys alot of champs to deny them to others. When he buys a unit the chance of another player getting the same unit is decreased so he want to "rob" the other players from more options and therefore increase his chance of winning even more

@@deopolos man forgot the most fucking important reason you buy junk. If you need a tier 4 unit, a very specific one, like Draven for example. If you buy every tier 4 unit you see you remove those from the pool of champions availabe from that tier. This means that every time a tier 4 unit rolls theres a higher chance of it being a Draven.
