We’ve done the same we’re in the tri state area eastern KY have donated and done what we can, but a few days ago had a shelter rescue over 120 dogs from one home who were all in tiny travel carriers stacked on top of one another. So we’ve been trying to gather supplies for there as well. Blankets towels food. Just anything. We don’t make much at all. Just minimum wage and trying our best and everyone’s stretched thin but the sense of community and love for one another is overwhelming. I’ll take that any day over the millions they have and no concern for us peasants. Thank you for helping out. We’ve sent what we can supply wise and canned food. They have a combined billions and haven’t mentioned or cared to help those in need while the common folk are banding together and there. That is the difference. Let them keep their money and lack of morals. I’d rather be poor and know I care about my community and fellow Americans who I’d want to rally and do the same for my family if god forbid we were in the same situation. It’s really sad

I'm an American & I live in a dark Blue Democrat State. As of this year, my groceries, my natural gas/electricity, my car insurance & gasoline, as well as my other utilities have literally gone up twice as much as when President Trump left Office in 2020. We have a multi- generational household with two elderly parents I take care of, and it has been a terrible strain on all of us. I'm so glad things are finally looking up for our Republic and for our children. It may take time, but our future is bright with an excellent leader like President Trump. Here in Savannah, too. We didn't get it as bad, but 12 days of no power, 2 generators running to keep food from spoiling cost a big chunk of change. And we still didn't qualify for the LOAN from fema. At the same time we had food shortages, no power, no gas, our ports workers felt like it was a good time for a strike because a 6 figure income wasn't enough for them, even after a 40% pay increase was DENIED. 😢😢
