I slow them down in the editor so that the Bloodthirsty can be fully appreciated and absorbed by the viewers. I don't do it all the time though, only sometimes. Depends mostly on the pacing of the combat, the first matrix movie had that pinned down really well, when to enter slow motion and when not to.
