Thank you Sir, I have a cheque for 1.1M investment but account holder ask me to wait without deposit. It seems their business has going to close. What kind of action should I take ?. If I deposit the cheque will return. Then if I file a case. There won't be any advantage for me because I cannot recover my money It's not fare. am I correct ?.

Sir, If someone merely signs a cheque and hands it to you, leaving you to fill in the date, the name of the payee, and the amount, does this perfectly legal and common practice?
