500 cashout after all those nerfs to perfected items isnt so strong. If you hit some bad item (one item is now like 3.7) then you end 8th unless you have renni or speech 3

I mean, this is (almost?) ''the perfect storm'' for Chem-Baron augment wise, so yes a perfect storm is broken. The semi-reliable 500 cashout isn't as good anymore as it was.

The problem is 5-6-700 isn't even hard to hit. Also with other cash out traits you ran the risk of losing right when you cashed because you had to flip your whole board. With chem you just remover and slam the broken items you get

500 cash outs do not feel the same. As a 1 trick chem baron I would hit 500 in 1/6 of my games before the latest patch. Now even if you get to 500, it does not guarantee top 4 depending on the perfected item
