This video describe how the soap can be made at home for dish and cloth washing. Toxic substance present in the commercial dishwash and detergent bars causes various problem for us and total eco system.
Here the alternative for the commercial toxic bar has been shown making with easily available non-toxic substance. Making soap with palm and coconut oil with sodium hydroxide is explained in detail. This is a basic cold process soap.

Very useful video sis. Many people are saying the vessel becomes oily after using the soap made of large portion of palm and small portion of coconut oil. What is your experience sis?? I'm asking this because even I make bath soaps for my family members and each time the outcome is a bit different. I have a plan to follow your recipe to make a detergent soap. That's why I'm asking.

While washing vessels scrub and wash few by few. I mean don’t accumulate more scrubbed vessel and wash all at once. More over the soap recipe should also be accurate.

Thanks for the detailed video. Mam will this soap won't leave a thin oil film in vessels after washing? Because I have made similar soap without citric acid and noticed soap scum after washing the vessels.

If oil scum forms, it means 1.you have superfat. You should have zero super fat for cleaning soap. 2. This citric acid act as rinse aid. You can add this to reduce the water mark after cleaning. Hope you find it useful.

You can’t make soap without caustic soda. But there is natural alternative to soap which is soapnut. You can try that. Even wood ash can be used to wash dishes.
